DSA Publication

This year the DSA is inaugurating an autonomous publication! There will be a number of opportunities to get involved with this project, whether as Coordinator or Editor or by contributing writing or artwork to the publication.

The DSA is delighted to announce that our 2018 Publication Coordinator is Shae Maree Nicholson. Shae is a Canberra born-and-raised Criminology and Psychology student in her 4th year and was a 2016 Deputy Disabilities Officer. Shae is very open about her experiences as a Disabled woman and how that intersects with her experiences as a single queer woman. She loves cats, dinosaurs, advocacy, and sleep.

The Publication now has a working group Facebook page, which you can find here. This page is an autonomous space for ANU students with a disability. All things Publication will be discussed on this page including content prompts, publication names, writing/ drawing/ content tips and much more.

Enquiries about the Publication can be directed via email here or here, or see our page, Contact Us.

Applications for the positions of Editor and Designer will open soon. Details including position descriptions will be forthcoming. These positions are also autonomous.

More information about contributing content and where to access the Publication will be forthcoming.
